It had been almost two weeks since the war had come to an end. The exhaustion that Koryn Thraagus had initially felt had come to an end, and he felt rejuvenated. No, it was something else; the war had changed him inside. The horrors of battle had seen to that. Soldiers screaming in agony as emerald blaster bolts shot away their legs from under them; so-called ‘Jedi’ slaughtering thousands upon thousands of troops. Such images were imprinted on the Rodian’s mind.

Things seemed so much more peaceful on Antenora now. In reality, life went on as it did on the arid planet. But after two months of constant battle, everything felt at peace. The warm wind gently caressed Koryn’s face as he sat outside the Dragon Citadel. Looking down into the desert valley below, he could see a small village of tribesmen; strange chanting danced up the cliffs and into his ears. A mirthless laugh escaped his lips. The tribes’ ways were probably as strange to him as the Force was to them.

It was with the laugh that the Rollmaster realised how dry his throat was. Climbing to his feet, Koryn entered the Citadel in search of a bottle of wine. Finding a bottle that he had stashed some months ago, he pulled the cork out with his teeth and let the liquid seep down his throat. Now that he was quenched, he could get some business done. Sitting down in his high-backed chair, he pushed some buttons on his desk and opened a channel to the House.

The GJW results were announced and Arcona took first place. Congrats to them (he said through gritted teeth =P) Seriously though, I am glad they made it so close at the end. We finished third behind Taldryan, but I am proud of everyone in the House who participated. You will be awarded.

Now on a more serious note, I know most people have heard about Braecen’s CoJ and I thought I’d give my view on this: LET IT GO! If you want to talk about your ‘conspiracy theories’ in a private IRC channel, go ahead. The fact is only a few people know what really happened and that is likely to be the way it remains.

Dante has set up a small multiple event competition. It’s everyone for themselves, so get out there and earn yourself some nice shinies.
