AWOL Check?

As you all probably know by now, MAA Syn Kaek sent out an e-mail doing an AWOL check on Tarentum. If you haven't done so already, you need to directly respond to Kaek's e-mail in order to stay in the clan, otherwise you will be moved to the Rogues. Anshar has said that only 43 out of 68 have responded; those remaining 25, you better not be bailing!

Competitions

There are a couple competitions still going on right now, and I encourage you guys to participate. Yes, they are both based on the effects and/or aftermath of the GJW, but hey, that's important, right? ...Right? Anyway, here are the URLs:

Hooray for a New Rollmaster!

So after getting...one application, but a very qualified one...the clan summit, Vai, and I have decided that the applicant is worthy of becoming Cestus's new Rollmaster. Congratulations to Huldrych for returning as a house leader; I look forward to working with you, Huld.

With Huldrych's appointment to RM, we will be continuing discussions on what to do with the battle team. I'm not sure whether or not I want to open applications for the BTL position; for now, I want to get some ideas on how to revamp the team and make it an effective part of the house. E-mail me ideas if you have any!

Huldrych will also be responsible every Friday for submitting a report on everyone's activity. That means you don't have to worry about logging it yourself, Vai; you're off the hook!

What's in Store?

A lot, actually. I know that Bloodfyre has volunteered to start a relaxing RO for Cestus based on our return from the Antei system to Koros. Anyone who wants to participate but hasn't responded to the e-mail sent around Cestus should do so now so Bf can find a suitable place to put your character. The RO should be up by next week; I'm sure Bf will send an e-mail to let us know.

Tarentum is also working on revamping a lot of things in the clan, including the Yridia system, the lands/grants/titles system, and the structure of the military. I'm sure some of you have seen the request to create NPCs (non-player characters) for the clan, and I strongly advise you to take up the offer. I'll give some examples of good NPC articles here, one by me and one by Huldrych:

While we've mostly got military going on right now, once we've got enough military NPCs, we can move on to other characters in Yridia, like government officials, civilian workers, etc. Feel free to ask any questions regarding the NPCs by e-mailing me, Vai, and/or the clan summit.

And yes...there will be another clan competition coming. A big one. So be patient, because the awesomeness is still coming around.

Just that I'm glad to have shorter hair and only finals week left before my second year of college is over. And my brother is graduating from college on Sunday. Crazy.
