Phoenix Report #20

Well, with Sid bringing out his report, it remindedme that it’s about time for another report from Phoenix!

Things have changed somewhat since last time round, and I’ve CC’d a few old members in on this report so we can pass on our congrats one last time before I stop bugging them for a while (until you get time to help me get qualified in the ACC that is Erinyes :P )

But first and foremost, congrats to James on his promotion to Guardian! It’s well earned, and if you keep up your current activity levels, I’m sure it won’t be long till the next one!

The next big well dones go to Erinyes, for being appointed Combat Master; and Vardar, for being appointed Gaming Tribune. You both deserve the positions, it’s just a shame to lose you, so just make sure you remember that there’ll always be a place here for you in Phoenix!

Then there were the Clan awards, and once again members of Phoenix came out shining – congrats to Lannie on being awarded the Star of Archanis, and Jac’s Perseverance; to Erinyes on the Crescent of Ektrosis; and Vardar on the Claw of Dinaari, the Dagger of the Fallen and Sharad’s Valor! For those of you who don’t know, these are rewards specific to Clan Taldryan, often names after some of our most distinguished members past and present, and they take that little bit extra effort to be awarded so, once more (!) hearty congrats all round!

And (finally on the congrats front) well done to Asani for placing 2nd in week one of Sid’s House of Funny comp, and to James in placing 3rd. I look forward to seeing this week’s captions!!

So, onto things to do this week, first off,

GO REPLY TO THE AWOL CHECK. If you don’t you WILL be removed from the Clan roster and placed in the rogues. This only takes a second or two to do, but any questions let me know! Reply to [Log in to view e-mail addresses] with the text ‘I’m active’ and your dossier name and number.

One thought I had was to run a Run-on for the Phyle, something a little more light-hearted than the GJW RO, but I thought I’d get your opinions on that first, cause there’s no point running it if I’m the only one who posts ;)
