Alright, so now that I've had a little time to settle into the position, more interesting things are coming about. Read on for more.
Operations News
The Combat Master's Office now has a blog. Rather than posting personal news in it, though, it will serve as a reference for what's going on in the ACC outside of my regular reports. There will also be things like details on policies and position announcements. Read it here.
A change is coming to the handedness system. It's been discussed at length by the ACC Staff, and I personally feel it makes a little more sense than the current Strong Hand/Off Hand system. The delay is basically due to Orv being able to code it in. You'll find notes on it in the ACC Handbook under "Fighting Skills". Additional information is on the blog, here.
For those of you who haven't caught them already, changes to Attributes were made in the ACC Handbook. Go read them.
Another run of the ACC Eraser Competition is going to be opening for signups starting June 1. For those of you who aren't familiar with the competition, it's sort of the opposite take from the rest of the ACC. Rather than having wins added to your ACC record, every win you get in the Eraser competition will remove a loss from your ACC record.
Major competitions planned over the next couple of months: Another run of the ACC Championships, and a competition specifically for Journeymen within the ACC. Stay tuned for more details.
After getting the green light from Anshar, I'm in the process of writing a new Shadow Academy course relating to the ACC, designed for those experienced ACC participants who want to hone their skills. More details to come.
EDIT: Thanks to Taig for reminding me of this. After some work by the folks at the ACC, the new version of the ACC Initiates course is up. Go take a look if you haven't already.
Staff News
I am opening applications for the position of Clan Trainer. Your primary duties will be to conduct training battles with new Initiates (qualification will be handled by the CM, DCM and) ACC Operators and to serve as a coach to ACC participants of all levels in your Clan. Details of the position and application requirements are on the blog, here. Applications will be open until June 4, one week from today, and should be sent to myself and Tsainetomo. Please include "Application for Clan Trainer" in the subject line.
Our current staff roster is: myself (CM), Tsainetomo (DCM), Shikyo (Operator), Manji (Operator) and Timeros (M:CM). I am not accepting applications for the core ACC Staff positions at this time. If our workload warrants it, I may accept applications for Trainers and Judges - personally, I'd love to see the ACC become so active that we need more people on staff.
That's all from me for this report. Thanks for reading, and stay tuned for more updates.

Charisma...being useful for something?
digs through Covenant
I'm almost sure that's illegal. :P
For people without losses, can they take their erasures and pend them against future losses?
No. Wins taken during the Eraser competition can only be applied to losses you currently have in your record.
