I just could not let Timeros steal the spotlight today, not with his gunboat diplomacy. So, here’s the latest and greatest Qel-Droma Quaestor report!

Ok, important things come first. Yay for prioritizing! My delightfully controversial Aedile, Arcturus Xyler, has decided it is time for him to step down from Aedile, as his workload in real life has become increasingly heavy (as it tends to do, much to my annoyance) and he does not feel that he can serve YOU, the members, as well as someone with more time could. We thank him for his months of valuable service, including during the trying time of the GJW. Therefore, Clan applications for Aedile open tonight at 12:00 EST. Email myself, Dash, and Strat with your application by June 30th, and we’ll look it over and select our grand prize winner!

In other news, Galeres’ useful Aedile Etah (HQD’s next Aedile will be as cool as him, right?) has drawn up a new section of the Prospectus, with my distinguished associate Timeros’ help. So, without further ado, I present you with the new Government and Politics of Clan Arcona! Wikified by yours truly. The rest is also being updated, and we should be seeing periodic bursts of Prospectus activity. Haha…periodic bursts…that’s what she said.

Now, for the least important part! I’ll be on vacation in Florida from tomorrow morning at 3 A.M. Eastern until some previous undefined time next Friday. Without an Aedile or a Quaestor, Strategos has volunteered to keep an eye on the day-to-day running of the House. I’ve tied up all the loose ends I could in the last few days, so there shouldn’t be any problems for him to deal with. I know you guys will be on your best behavior, and I apologize for Strat’s smell. And his shirts.

When I get back, a decision will be made on the new Aedile, and said member will be granted untold riches and glory! Until then, I’ll be sending and receiving email through my sexy new Blackberry, purchased just to keep in touch with Arcona during this trip.
