Battle Team Tridens Journeymen

Dark Greetings Journeymen of Tridens,

Its report time once again. I apologize for the delay but RL became hectic the past two weeks, but no worries I am back and ready to get the team active again. That is one thing on my list of battle team related developments, bringing activity to the team and seeing everyone moving forward, promoted, and prepping for the Rite of Supremacy coming January 2010. To make this priority number one I have a new competition, “Survivor Training”, for Tridens Journeymen beginning August 15 and ending August 22, details under Competitions.

Another development in the works is a Wiki page for the battle team. This would encompass the role of the team as a training team and the fictional role. More details will be released later.

Competitions

Survivor Training

Specifics: The battle team leader has taken you to a remote place and left you there for one week. In that week you encounter unknown dangers whilst surviving and trekking your way to the rendezvous point. The Battle Team leader has only given you minimal instructions on where to meet and allowed you a knife, a canteen, whatever clothing you wore at time of drop-off, and one additional item of your choosing, which can not be a lightsaber. You have the force but as a journeyman you have limits. Write a story, minimum of one page, about how you survived and how did you overcome dangers and obstacles that were present. The most creative and realistic story wins.

Unit: Tridens Journeymen

Platforms: word processor, minimum one page

Awards: 5th level crescents for top three submissions
