Brothers and Sisters,

Once again, I would like to graciously thank everyone for the outpouring of support and well-wishing I have received upon my appointment as Proconsul. I was extremely hesitant to leave Plagueis for this appointment, but this past week has confirmed that I made the correct decision. Now, Alaris can get some real work done without me in his hair... and... I believe I, truly, will be an asset to Arcona's growth. Enough with the sappy crap... onto the report!

Combat Master Report - Several Clan/Independent House Trainers were appointed. It appears there is a new, quick ACC related competition ongoing. And Erinyes has also, now, reported more than any other Dark Council member in the past couple months.

Clan News

New Proconsul appointed. In case you missed the memo :-p

Clan Audit starting. I will be reviewing our related Wiki articles, training documents and the leadership's objectives this week. From this, we will create a list of tasks in which we want to accomplish before the RoS. Work? Yes. Reward? Tons.

The Message

We require one critical element moving forward: participation. Do not confuse participation with the common, old terminology of the Brotherhood: Everyone must do everything all of the time. Participation is set on a case-by-case basis. Some people will be able to give oodles of time to the Brotherhood. Some may only be able to give one or two days a week to the Brotherhood. Ultimately, both types of members and all in between are integral to our future. The mix must remain balanced for us to continue seeing steady growth.

I will only ever ask that you deliver the same amount of effort as you ask for. If you think the Proconsul should be a bad ass rock star; then, step up to my level (because I am). If you want to win the Great Jedi Wars, Rites of Supremacy and every Clan Feud... step up. If you want to attain Dark Adept and collect the sacrificial blade awards... step up.

Yes, there will be times I challenge this Clan for all it has and then ask for even more. That, however, is the expectation for Great Jedi War success. On a day-to-day basis, though, I will only ask for what you are willing to give.

My advice, and the message, is that you take this week to evaluate your personal goals. Does your participation level realistically match your expectations? Secondly, I would like everyone that reads my report (the few of you there are) to privately e-mail me with your personal expectations. Shelf the sappy crap about just wanting to see your House/Clan do well and continue to grow... I want to see your raw ambition in this e-mail. "I want Dark Adept" or "I want a Diamond Sword" even "I want your job". Lay it out for me. Because from this point forward, I am going to help you attain those goals.
