Up Front
I'm going to cover some more material in these reports from time to time. Things to do with general Star Wars fandom and other areas of our mutual interest. I think things like this help feed the infinite loop of our creativity and interest here.
Not going to do special sections or recurring features, simply adding a paragraph when I see something cool we might not all know about. If you see something, share it with the House on email or the forums.
Dark Fury
Thanks to Orv and Muz we're now part of the Dark Fury new member distribution system. This means before too long, we should start getting brand-new members to the club. This gives us the chance to benefit from fresh energy and talent while we share with them a healthy attitude and lots of experience.
CL's and RM
See the email thread on this, but we're moving forward with CL's. RM will stay down until we have a good solution for it.
If you're interested in CL, a few of you have already sent word, email Sarin and I something discussing your plans and ideas by October 11th.
Act Like Someone You're Not
As if we act otherwise here? There is a DB RPG sign-up going on here. Personally role-play creeps me out but you do what you want.
Current Events
We've talked in email about centralizing some info on the message boards so we can see what's open to us at a glance. I'll continue to put everything I can in these reports, but Jaredi is motivated and set up a topic in our forums he'll maintain with current info.

Graphic Web Novel
What? I am doing our backstory, the one we all wrote something for, as an episodic graphic novel. There's a traditional story I'll release in .doc/.pdf, etc. as usual, but this will be the illustrated version. Pray for me.

Star Wars: The Old Republic
A beta testing sign-up is open here. You have to be a forum member but no sweat. You also have to agree to some non-disclosure items and give up some personal info, FHI.
Not sure how many of you are interested in playing this game at all. For me it will depend upon their pricing model and the gameplay, but if you have some thoughts, email them to the House.
That trailer is definitely the heat.
Star Wars: Clone Wars Season 2
Underway. These are too "pre-teen" for my taste, but the action coreography I like and they create some interesting situations (notably Grievous forced to fight without the use of his legs). The quality of the animation is excellent, but I'm not a fan of the style.
Season 2 is underway, is supposed to a bit more adult-themed and you can check out the first two episodes here.
Email Topics
Something I'd like to do to generate some more interaction on the email group. I'm going to throw out random topics to potentially stir you guys up with. We've had a few pretty decent discussions via email and I think it's when we're at our best.
