Greetings Kunians,

It is truly an honor to be leading House Exar Kun. For a long time now I've been sitting back, observing, watching how things are unfolding within the Dark Brotherhood. There are big changes in the works. Things that our Grand Master has been diligently refining and creating. Such changes will mold and re-shape what I invision to be the new Brotherhood. So, why cant a House do the same thing? Why cant we pull together, re-shape, re-structure, and re-create this sleeping leviathan. To build a House so solid in reform that we are unbreakable. I believe it to be possible and not out of reach. We just need to rise up, wakeup, and step up. If there is a competition running, I want to see everyone capable of doing that competition participating. I no longer want to see people sitting on the sidelines handing in rushed pieces of work. I want to not only strive for quantity but quality. Everything you do reflects your House and Clan. Each competition you win should be for, not only you, but your House and Clan as well. There are good members in House Exar Kun. Members that show a lot of potential. Members that have already been through so much. I say we pull together and make not only a dominating House but a fun one. You will be rewarded for your efforts. You will be praised for trying and your failures and or weaknesses will be strengthened and corrected. We must remember to be vigilant and patient.

With all that being said, I have been working on some projects of my own. The first project is a Training Battleteam which will be lead by your Rollmaster Koga Kage. Each member from NOV to ACO will be placed in this team. Koga will then be tasked with helping you reach your goals. Helping you to advance and to learn what you need to know in order to become successful members of the Brotherhood. His main focus will be to get you to the rank of Protector where you will then be paired with a Master according to the Rule of Two that Kal is initiating in House Satal Keto. His idea seems great so it should be no real surprise that when he asked if I wanted to do it in HEK as well, I jumped on the offer. In fact I plan on working with Kal to make both House Satal Keto and House Exar Kun more rich fictionally and more united than in the past. There will always be a sense of competition between the two houses, likewise there will always be a sense of unity. It is true that we should remain loyal to our houses but our main loyalty should always lie with Clan Plagueis.

Yesterday I sent out an email asking for those interested in becoming the Battleteam Leader of Exar's Shadow to send in applications for the position. Each applicant must include.

• Why you feel you deserve the position (what makes you a good leader)

• What you think a leader is in your own opinion. There is no right or wrong answer. Unless you're like Viv and think a good Leader is pudding.

• Plans for the Team.

• Any past experience etc..

There will be quite a few more changes coming in the next couple of weeks. Some things I do not wish to make public as of right now so I will keep you all posted accordingly.

The new members and Battleteams have been my main focus since becoming Quaestor. Koga has messaged the new members as instructed and we are waiting on your replies. I hope that you all will get in to the swing of things so that you can have as much fun as the rest of us. This place can become quite addicting. Ask any of us :P

As you can see there are quite a few competitions for you guys to take part in. Most of them are easy medals if you do your best and hand in quality pieces. Not to mention I will have a couple easy comps coming out next week. Keep your eyes open for those.

In Closing, I would just like to say that there are big things in Exar Kuns future. You all need to ask yourselves if you're willing to help make history. To make this team something greater than even I could imagine. Help each other, work hard, and be the best that you can be and good things will come your way.
