Yridia IV

Severon stood gaping at Aidyn as the young warrior fought Adamu. The young Guardian didn’t have a chance against him. The only thing keeping Aidyn alive was the fact that Adamu was playing with him. Severon’s hands shook as he watched the battle, fearing that the battle would result in the death of the valiant Guardian.

Ronovi’s bellow startled Severon out of his state, and he hastily drew his lightsaber. He knew it would do no good as a Force barrier appeared out of nowhere, blocking them access to the cavern. It was then that Adamu began his attack of words.

“Come on tiny, hit me.” He said as he blocked another one of Aidyn’s attacks. “It’s like your not even trying.”

The Guardian continued to send blow after blow towards Adamu, and they kept getting deflected. Everytime Aidyn struck, Adamu's blade was there instantly.

"Your a fool. You cannot even touch me." Adamu sneered.

The taunts only sparked the rage of Aidyn as his blows became harder and faster with help of the Force. Yet, no matter how hard the Guardian fought, he couldn’t even touch Adamu.

As the battle progressed, the rest of the Tarenti began to form a plan to reach Aidyn. Severon volunteered his plan first. “Why don’t we just blast our way in from the side. Let’s go around the barrier.”

“No.” Ronovi countered quickly. “We can’t risk harming Aidyn. If we blast through, it could cause him to lose his edge and then….” She shuddered. They turned back to the battle, each one desperately trying to come up with a plan.

The Sword’s Sheath

Proton and Shardara hurried down the corridor toward the massive throne room. They, along with Dralin and Guardian Nichos Rhade, were trying to lure the Hunter into the massive chamber, hoping that they could either kill the thing or at least bottle it up.

“Faster, it’s gaining.” Shardara said, boosting her speed with the Force.

The four of them had moved the injured and the rest of the Gladians into the living quarters and had blocked off that section of the Sword’s Sheath. Proton had then taunted the Hunter into following them and they had been running ever since.

“Almost there.” Proton muttered under his breath. “Keep following us and we’ll show you that you don’t mess with Gladius.”
