Ok, so on top of the home computer crashing and taking IRC with it, I have recently found employment. Good part: good money and plenty of hours. On top of that, I get to go in at 3 in the afternoon. Worse part: I’m on my feet all day and it tires me out quickly. Sucks but I’m still working on things.

Now, time to get a little serious. I think the Wheaton Rule is one everyone can follow, especially if people carry it too far. Lately, people seem to be ignoring the rule and for no good reason. Is there really a call for this? Seriously? I mean, I’ve seen people talk smack to people they don’t even know for no good reason and then try to sit there and justify it. There is no justifiable reason other than someone wants to feel amazing about themselves. Congratulations for feeling like you’re amazing on the internet. Too bad it doesn’t work out where it really matters. So, what’s the lesson here, boys and girls? Don’t be a dink. Seriously, it’s poor form and does no one any good. A lesson from your old Uncle Shikyo.
