**Night Raptor Sergeant, Mission Notes

Current Status: Mission in progress

Location: Sector Five, Refuge**

Reporting in on current mission status, successfully infiltrated Refuge under guise of Nihilgenia and secured a base of operations within Sector Five. After a couple of live-fire encounters and successfully keeping ourselves hidden, something unbeknownst to any member of my team or the Aediles of Naga Sadow has comprimised our Base and has all members of the mission as active targets. After successfully defending ourselves with minor injuries to those active, we are at a slight disadvantage but continuing with mission objectives. May the Force be with us.

It's that time of the week again, time to report in on all the past week's updates and news. Nothing too major on too many fronts of the Brotherhood to report as news worthy although there still is a pretty massive push towards updating the Wiki still. In terms of real-world news, we have Celebration Five confirmed for Orlando, Florida for August 12th to 15th in 2010 and the announcement of the Force Unleashed II being released sometime in 2010 as well. Not sure how many hardcore convention goers we have in the Raptors, but believe me the Star Wars Celebration conventions are worth going to just for the sheer ammount of Star Wars related info you get and how many "World Premires" they have there. Don't be surprised if new Star Wars game titles or television shows are announced during the events.

Fictionally, we're still moving at a snail's pace; with both the Disciples of Ragnos and the Underworld Runon active we should be seeing a whole series of fictional developments but there's barely been any progress. I understand that it's close to Christmas but people have put alot of time and energy into creating these fictional places and events just for our entertainment, we can at least try to help them finish them or give it a try.

What a Desolate Place This Is

• Wiki competition from our new Tribune, apparently there is a severe lack of images on alot of our articles so we need pictures for them. If you create your own image and add it to an article it counts as two articles. - Due 12/20
  

New Graphics for your New Aedile

• Our new Aedile, Bal Demona, is looking for snappy graphics for his new reports (so they don't look as desolate as mine); he's giving awards to those who are willing to let him display their works to the Brotherhood (top three only). - Due 12/21
  

Christmas Competition

• Our Fiction Tribune wants to know who you think would be the best Dark Santa of the Sith, write her up a page explaining why your choice is the best and send it in. - Due 12/23
  

Aliens vs the Dark Brotherhood

• Fiction Tribune has released a holiday competition to promote your writing side. A traditional mash-up, she wants to see your take on the Dark Jedi Brotherhood within or against the Aliens from Aliens. - Due 12/31
  

The Second Sadow Dueling Championship

• The Mailing list (aka Google Groups) had the sign-up for this earlier this month, those who entered are dueling for the title of best ACC duelists in the Clan. Tag-team battles will determine if House Marka Ragnos is the best of the best, wish our duelists luck. - Due 1/1
  

Not much else for Competitions, keep an eye peeled as there are still plenty of competitions that can be released in the next couple of weeks due to the Holiday break.

Nothing specific to report here as we've all been rather slow this past week. Can't always report on things every week, especially with a large number of our membership Jedi Hunter or higher. Push towards your promotions and keep active to push yourself towards your next advancement.

And speaking of activity, going to make a small note on the winners of my last competitions. I understand that there were some issues with the competitions for some people but it's still kind of shocking when you just barely receive the entries you need to award crescents.

Learn to Hunt:Crescents were awarded to Kalei, Gavin and Fremoc; I know Fremoc isn't part of our Battleteam but he works closely with us and as the last entrant in the competition to allow me to award an Emerald crescent. Hopefully the next competition has a better turn out.

Shimmering Tremors:Crescents were awarded to Gavin, Kalei and Nassin for this one; once again the only entrants we had but their scores were all respectible to rightfully earn them their Crescents.
