Cethgus sat at the desk and looked out, staring at the four walls of his office. He had finished training with the team, and decided once again that they should be able to have some time to rest up before the training started once again. Sitting there he drank calmly and enjoyed the peace and quiet for once, he sat and enjoyed looking around and relaxing. Standing up he took a walk out of his office and walked down the hall way and made sure that he was able to walk alone, just taking the walk he stopped and looked at the now empty training area.

“Quite for once isn’t it?” a male voice came over his shoulder.

“I didn’t see you there Sang, but yes, I let them have some rest for once”

Nodding the two of them stood there and talked, it had been a long time since the Exarch had been able to talk to his student and find out how life was treating him at this current moment in time. As both of them walked down the hall he realised how much time had changed his apprentice since they had last spoke, but he was sure time would still change the younger member.

With the RoS coming up I want to see all of you participating inside of this RoS, this means that this team will have to show the best part of activity that will make sure this clan will win this RoS. This means that each of you will have to preforme to the best of your ability, and I know that with each of us working, and helping the clan we will be able to win, we won the GJW, so now it is our time to shine yet again, we will be able to prove that it wasn’t a one of win, that this clan is capable of being able to take first place in anything that the Brotherhood can throw at us. Medals

This week hasn’t seen much in terms of medals, so I would just like to say that this RoS is a way to see you getting promoted, and achieving medals quickly. So we are looking for members to be as active as they can, you all have a chance to earn medals, so as I said so for the RoS give it your best and I’m sure you will all do well.

Shadow Academy

I know that the shadow academy is not something that will take the higher place on this time, especially with the RoS, so with these exams, I didn’t expect to see many exams around the place, so I wouldn’t worry about not doing them, but once the RoS is over I believe that you should all try and do something towards this exam. But for now our focus is the RoS.

_ Promotions_

Once again, I haven’t had anyone able to get promoted at the moment, but this could be because you were unable to participate in things lately, but I know with the times coming up that this RoS will be your best chances, I know that all of you can be active, so I know that you will be able to work hard enough to get those promotions and make sure that each of you achieve the goals that you set for yourselves, so work hard and you will be rewarded.
