Cethgus sat down in his office and smiled he had just finished training his team once more and sat in the mess with the rest of his team as they continued to eat food. He watched the talk going around him and smirked seeing his team had changed over time, from being weak to now powerful it was a change that took time and something’s were hard to achieve. This being one of them, as he grinned to himself he continued to eat the food finding it easier to enjoy company with his team than do work in the office.

As he finished his food he smiled to himself and knew that he had a lot of work to achieve in the next few months. The Obelisk leaned back again and sat in the office chair, he had to plan to make sure that Wolf Guard were constantly able to be active at every chance they could get and this would be a challenge at the least. Looking at the time table he knew that they had the ability to make sure that they train as hard as possible. He wasn’t one to not push his team and he made damn sure that all the members will be working to do their best.

News Ok well news for this week is that nothing really is happening, we are still waiting for Seals to be given out so just wait on that note and we will see what is happening there. But I cannot stress enough that I need you all to be able to just have some patience and making sure that you keep working hard and make sure that you just keep your patience up and the seals will find their way to you.

Again nothing really to report on the clan side of the news so that part is quite easy really. So just keep your eye out in the inbox and wait for something to come out soon and I am sure that you will find that things begin to pick up. So just keep an eye out on news from the clans point of view in the near future.

As for house news this time, I know that there is a Battle Team Leader position open for applications you still have a bit of time to apply, and see what happens though I will warn you that this is not for the faint hearted so please take this consideration first of all.

I would like to say to everyone please try your very best to make sure that you have the ability to earn medals through competitions that are being run and at sometimes they are easy to participate in. So please find the time to start to compete in competitions and you will be able to get those medals, also remember gaming will get you medals so with that said the following medal was given out this week:

Shadow Academy

I would like to remind the entire journeyman in the team that it is time to try and do as many of the shadow academy exams as you possibly can. Remember that you need to make sure that you have the ability to take the exams, all it takes it a bit of free time and you will be able to try and do an exam. They all count towards activity and promotions so please keep that in mind. And please try and do a Shadow Academy exam when you can.

Antei Combat Centre

I would like to remind you all that we all have the ability to expand our character, this is a fact that you will have the ability to try and developed your character in a form of fighting. So please if you do have the time please do try and find someone to fight I am always available for challenges so just try your best to have an ACC fight when you can.

_ Promotion_

I would like to keep reminding my team that the harder you work the greater the reward, so please feel free to make sure that you all continue to be active and do your best. So if you work hard enough promotion will be something for you in your future. So please contuine your hard work now for a massive congratulation to someone who had managed to get promotion this week.

I would just like to say a massive well done to each of you on working, but we need to step up our game and prove that we are truly a force to be reckoned with.
