Spring Cleaning
It's been so long since my last report, I think it's a good idea to start fresh. Expect a return to form for next time, and I promise that next time won't be another 6 months :P
Changes!
Quejo has resigned. With that, Alaris and I have done some shuffling around with the Summit. Cassandra El'sin is House Exar Kun's new Quaestor, with Koga Kage as her Aedile. Octavia Kuga has been shifted to HSK Aedile, and Kaira Rohana has taken over as Clan Rollmaster. Alaris and I share the sentiment that we're satisfied with the state of the Clan Summit. With these changes, the Clan Summit is stabilized and ready to get to work.
News There are two ACC ladders in progress at the moment. A Journeyman and Equite Ladder. Alaris, myself, and Cassandra all face some tough competition in the first round.
Alaris brought to our attention that House Ektrosis is looking for an Aedile. Should you desire advancement outside Plagueis, I promise no one will hold it against you.
The Chamber of Justice is looking for a new Right Hand. For those of you diligent enough to complete the CoJ I exam (and I tip my hat to anyone who is), the Right Hand of Justice is an excellent position for 6 months that doesn't require you to give up your status as a member of Clan Plagueis.
The RoS
I've refrained from mentioning this for a number of reasons. Foremost being that I wanted to give some time for the dust to settle and make sure I had time to step back and address what it really meant rather than the immediate appearances. That being said, I know I learned a lot about being a leader during the RoS and I'm certain that the rest of the Summit shares that sentiment. It would be a lie to say that I'm not disappointed by the finish. But what does that mean? It means we have work to do as a Clan. More importantly, what can we take from it? There are no permanent losers in the DB. If we utilize our members effectively, I know Plagueis can be First Clan in the near future. By extension, the Summit as a whole needs to be better able to engage members and draw out that talent.
Recent Accolades
Seals of Loyalty have been distributed. Quejo, Cassandra, and I were lucky enough to receive them.
Also, Du'moth has the distinction of being the first member promoted to Dark Jedi Knight in recent memory. We currently have a number of JHs, so there is no reason why he shouldn't be joined by several more in the near future.
Opportunities A previous Consul of Clan Plagueis used to say "We have no problems, only opportunities." I think it's time to revive that phrase. Just because the Summit is full right now doesn't mean that there is nothing you can do to help.
The most basic is competitions. Participation in competitions does more than just get you crescents. They allow you to hone your skills. Whether they be fiction, gaming or graphics, practice improves your skills, so come Vendetta time, you stand a better chance to place. Another often-overlooked aspect is that competitions can serve as a barometer for the leadership to show how engaged you, the members are.
Projects. I am in the process of compiling a comprehensive list of the projects that are currently being undertaken by members and leaders alike. Not only that, I plan to put together a list of what still needs to be done. Whether it be wiki articles, graphical submissions, or fictional help, should any member wish to contribute in a meaningful way, we won't be at a loss to find something for them to do.
Final Words When all you have is a hammer, every problem starts to look like a nail. Not sure how that applies here, but I've been wanting to say that all day.... anyway. That's enough for now. Things are rolling in Plagueis.

Viv great Report and I like the quote at the end. It dose work here. If you think about the nail in other ways such as Contests or projects or just things that have to be done. Every thing is the nail that we must hammer to get though.
Great report!!
