Quaestor Report xiii

Yet another Quaestor Report! This one, due to various changes in the House and my RL, has been delayed for longer than I would like to admit. I hope you all forgive me for my tardiness, but I have some important news for you.

In case neither of you have heard, Anubis Annedu has stepped down as your Aedile in our fine House Ektrosis. Like most members stricken with Real Life, it is their duty to step down when they are unable to commit the proper amount of time to their post. Anubis is one of these members, and I commend him highly for being able to acknowledge his time to step down: He is a true Taldryan.

With Anubis’s resigning Aedile Applications are being held by myself and Vorion. So without further ado, if these requirements apply to you then by all means apply: * Must hold the rank of Dark Jedi Knight or higher * Must have some form of past Leadership experience * Is a good, solid learner that will be willing to take responsibility in leadership for their actions and their work ethic ; there is a very good chance you will be an upcoming Quaestor, so keep that in mind as you apply * Have a great drive to move forward in the DJB both for the House/Clan/DJB as well as your own personal goals

Here are some things that you will be required to do in this position are: 1. Bi-weekly reports to your House detail the events of the DJB, Clan and most importantly In-House activities 2. Running Competitions at a monthly and bi-weekly basis at the least 3. 24-hour email turnaround, presence on IRC when possible; IRC is a strong part of the Brotherhood and especially Taldryan, it will be expected of you to make this a habit to maintain while Aedile in Ektrosis 4. Working constantly with the members of Ektrosis to help them with their promotions while offering the right amount of experience in competitions/projects to help them find their niche within the DJB

This position is not limted to anyone one House or Clan, so if you are an Out-Of-Claner and are interested in this position then reconcile with your leaders and see if you have what it takes to fill this position of Aedile.

In the Antei Combat Center, our very own Jedi Hunter Tirna Q’jira has defeated GRD GRD Locke Sonjie in a Journeymen elimination bracket, thus moving her forward to the second round. Congrats Tirna, and I hope to see you win and make it to 1st place!

In other ACC news, both Vorion, Xander and myself are in the Equite Knock-out bracket and are still in the first round. Wish us all luck as we battle it out for #1!

<li> Seals of Loyalty (SoL) were awarded this week, celebrating the great Exodus Day, the day which marks the DB branching off of the EH and becoming the great Club we are today! SoL’s are awarded to those members who really do put in their worth in the DJB to make it better. So, here’s a shout out to Kir and Erinyes on their SoL’s! You guys pwn. Also, grats to everyone else who was awarded a Seal! <li>Speaking of Seals, the Seals of Bone(r) are still in the works for being awarded. A coding problem accrued and Korras’s email address was flagged as a spammer, so they are trying to work out something to get that fixed. <li>The Heralds Office is running competitions out the Gazoo! Be sure to check below for the link to the competition! <li>The position of Righ Hand of Justice (RHoJ) is open, and Kir has put up these requirements for those who are interested: -Rank of at least DJK -Past DB leadership experience -Must have passed the DB Judicial Certification Course - CoJ 1 (in the past, or you can take it now) <li>A really, really long Tarentum CON report was released by Ronovi, so check it out on the DJB main news page! <li>Sarin was awarded the Silver Sash! Make sure you congratulate him on his well earned achievement.
