As you are all no doubt aware, there have been a series of murders committed recently that have struck the Krath order particularly hard. Our Oracle and KHP, along with the assistance of much of the Krath and a few of our Sith and Obelisk, have been attempting to discover a motive and murderer for these deeds.

After carefully studying the investigation reports of all parties, I can announce to you that the perpetrator of these deeds has been found. The killings were carried out by Dark Side Adept Trevarus Ci-Long Caerick.

However, following consultation with our Oracle, a number of discoveries made during his attempts at resurrection have interested me, and seem to be promising for the future of the brotherhood. In addition, the investigatory challenge posed to the Dark Brotherhood has proved to be most valuable in highlighting some areas of our defenses that require attention. Trevarus has given me a complete listing of these, and they will be attended to.

For these and other reasons, I have decided that Trevarus receive a mild rebuke for failing to register this experiment with myself or the Deputy Grand Master, but I feel it inappropriate to give him any further punishment. On the contrary, I wish to extend the Brotherhood’s thanks to him. Besides, the power vaccum created by the loss of a few members is good in the end as it helps keep people on their toes and encourages ambitious individuals.

All members of the Krath order who participated in this investigation are to be commended, and I believe Alanna will be making the results of our investigations public and will be rewarding them appropriately.
