Hi all,

I'm sorry that the results have been delayed by a few days, but we've got there at last! :o)

Before I announce the winners, I'd like once again to extend my thanks to everyone who joined in with this rather unusual competition (especially Chi-Long who found himself on the receiving end of some excellent questionning without any warning :P).

So, here we go...

1st place: Keepers of the Night
An excellent run-on which almost identified the murderer. Good interviews were carried out and transcribed in character. Nicely written.

2nd place: CSP
Another excellent run-on, and a very close second place. Managed to find the murderer, carried out interviews which were encorporated well into the run-on.

3rd place: Avatars of death
A very good attempt at an interesting run-on.

Best conspiracy theory: Aleema
"How come Vithril? Look at his profile 3247- the numbers in his profile are how many people from each clan were killed."
How cool an idea is that?!?!

So, I'll be awarding medals to all the participants asap (probably tomorrow). Also, as a special thank-you for assisting in the investigation, I would like to personally award The Keepers of the Night with a book from the Dark Brotherhood library archives (*).

I'll try and get the winning run-ons posted on krath.org, but it may take me a few days. Also, if anyone has any feedback (good or bad) about this competition, do let me know - it will be very useful for people who wish to run similar competitions in the future.

I'll also put up a page on krath.org which explains the clues that were available and the exact motive behind the killings. I'll post the URL on djb.com when it's done.
