Welcome to the first Aedile report of House Arcona. I do apologise that I couldn't put it up sooner, but I've been busy accustoming myself to my new position. I would just like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. For those of you I haven't had the pleasure of meeting, I am Wuntila, you can click on the header above to be taken to my dossier and research at will, although I'll warn you - it's fairly bland.

I feel honoured to have been selected for the position in such a well-esteemed house and I promise you all now, I will do all within my powers to do the very best for every single one of you. Granted these powers stop at certain barriers, but I will do what I can to maintain the status quo and to bolster Arcona's position as the bastion of the Brotherhood.

I'd also like to apologise for the lack of fiction within my first report, It should be a continual thing from here on in, but I thought I'd outline some of the basics before I jump straight into the fray.

Finally, I'd like to say that there is a quote from the ancient political philosopher, John Locke, which encompasses what I expect you guys to uphold from now on:

"The obligation of subjects to the sovereign is understood to last as long, and no longer, than the power lasteth by which he is able to protect them."

To summarise the quote: I am your servant; the moment I stop serving you is the moment I cease to be your leader.

Vendetta

As you are all aware, the Vendetta has drawn to a close and I'd like to personally congratulate each and every Arconan who took part and represented both their House and their Order. It was a fantastic effort.

I would like to keep this short and sweet, as I know Zandro wishes to cover it in more detail in his own report, however, Arcona's sheer brute power and force shone through the ranks. Members old and new were placing and it was an awe-inspiring sight. All those who participated made a difference and Arcona thanks you.

As you are all aware, the Obbies took the crown (obviously), so well done to those and a big pat on the back for Orv Dessrx, who helped in the illustration of the Disorder comic.

Battle Team Allocation

Okay, you should have all received the e-mail, but I'll reiterate it in my report as well: is it IMPERATIVE that you respond to the email. We only have a limited number of spaces left in each and every Battleteam, however, none of these have been taken up yet. I quote from the e-mail:

"This is not only an opportunity for those who are new to the club, or the house and have not yet had a chance to examine the different teams, but it is also an opportunity for older, more adept Brotherhood members to join in and give the teams a boost. We need as much activity as possible, even in the aftermath of the Vendetta."
