The voice modulator was in fall effect as the anonymous Black Guard stood cloaked next to Atra, his own hood raised as well.

"Nor do I, but it's necessary. These people are in need of distraction."

"Just seems like we're painting a giant target."

"Agreed," Atra commented, turning towards his protector, "We have to take the chance; though that is not to say we are not preparing for such a case."

The Quaestor couldn't see the man's reaction behind the helm he dawned, as all members of the Black Guard. He didn't know exactly who it was, but anonymity had seemingly made the man more vocal. "The Festival will go on; we will just need to be vigilante."

The two men stood quietly in the shadows of Kel Rasha, watching the citizens move about their business. Riots were a dangerous thing, and something they had an eye out for. It would not do for another to occur so soon.

"An atmosphere of fear..." Atra began slowly, not really addressing anyone in particular. "And fear is the mind killer, after all."

Dark Greetings House Shar Dakhan,

Since it's only been a few weeks since my last report we shall keep this one short and sweet. I had an excellent holiday weekend and I hope many of you did as well! Plenty of drinks and the like, lest we forget the second battle cry of Naga Sadow! I had a bout with sickness, nothing too proud to speak of, but I am better now and should be significantly more coherent if addressed! As usual, do not be afraid to speak to me directly, my office has an open door policy.

There's not a whole lot to speak of right now news-wise. We have our Festival of Renewal coming up. I hear our upper summit has a lot of fun planned for all of us and I hope everyone gets a chance to participate! If you're feeling adventurous, there are some positions now open. Namely, applications for Professor of Flight Studies are open until the 15th. If you have completed these studies and wish to become the master of all things there-in, by all means go for it.

Competitions! HUZZAH! There are many, some starting soon, but many nonetheless!
