<p> This really is not a report but more of what I said a few days ago. Things are going to change here in the Team. I tried to be everyone's buddy and let stuff slide. In result of that, I feel yall may not take me seriously as the Commander. Not anymore. All Rules I outlined the other day will, WILL be enforced by either my Flight Leaders or my self. I trust their judgment, they both are very capable men there for will not need my approval for any disciplinary action they may issue out. BUT same goes for them. I expect them to follow the rules too. Lead by example right?

I Will see Primus Shine. We have HUGE events coming soon.. "Life" Changing events coming. I need and WILL have everyone on top of their game.

To help us get ready for Horizons, He is going to be hosting an ACC Qualifying event. Most of us should be qualified already but this is a good training course. we all could use alittle help in the fiction area, i know i do...badly.

Now when writing about "The corrupted PLA members" its fictional, just make up names or address them by ranks. "The knight attacked" or "The hunter wanted nothing more" or something like that. Really I think some of yall are making it more complicated then it should be, but I am here to help. If I personaly can not help you, then I will point someone to you who can.
