Friends, Arconans, Qel-Dromans, lend me your ears...

Hai! I am your new Aedile, Scelestus and I am writing a report to let you know of the changing of the guard in case you have been hiding under a rock for the past little bit which, judging from the lack of entries for Operation Rolling Thunder, I think a few of you might be. So come on out...the sun won't hurt you and the rest of your house misses you.

There will be a more in depth report coming out from Socorra and myself in the days to come that will include wonderful news, fictions, hopefully results from ORT and other such lovely things. Maybe even double rainbows and shit (which I have adopted as my new catch phrase, and possibly war cry). In the mean time however, I wanted to draw your attention to the competition that I should have up and running within the next couple days. The jist is that we are looking for suggestions from you on what you would like to see change in HQD, or what things that we are doing now that you would like to see continue. I decided to put it into competition format so that I can reward you all with lovely shinies and other types of yummy incentives, so please be on the lookout for that. I would love to see all of you send in something, and the more people that jump in the better the level of loot that I can bestow on you all.
