Sanguinius and Cethgus allowed their eyes to fall upon the two figures down below. The training area had been occupied by both of the Galeres members for a while now, causing attention to be drawn to them and finally word of it to reach the ears of Galeres' heads.

"You think they can hold out much longer, brother?" Cethgus' voice rattled from between his teeth as he addressed Sanguinius.

"I doubt it, but still it's impressive." Sanguinius always saw the potential in newer members, more so than his brother anyway.

"Pfft, we shall see." the Iridonian's reply was cold as always as he spoke, before launching himself off the viewing balcony down into the training ground. A thud rang out as he landed, catching the attention of both the members in front of him.

"Always one for drama." Sang had a very laid back approach to the whole matter as he too allowed himself to hop over the railings, landing neatly on the ground as his eyes focused on the two newer members.

"So you think you are good now eh? Has your ego gone to your head?" The Zabrak's voice continuously cold as he allowed his hand to summon his saber, his other hand doing exactly the same. The hiss and white glow signalling the blades had been activated, as his attention drew to Sanguinius shortly. "I'll take the Dathmorian."

"Let us see how experienced you really are, Morrighan." With that, the Primarch sprang forward from the balls of his feet, his sabers crashing down against his opponent's as his eyes blazed with the lust of combat.

"Well, seems it's me versus you then.........K'tana." Sanguinius slowly drew his saber allowing the weapon to remain deactivated. It was truly time to see how far the two newest Dark Jedi Knights had come in their training.........

So, the Independence Games are over and our inboxes have been bombarded with emails with all the competitions you guys entered. We would like to say well done to you all on your hard work. I guess that prize of a Cythraul got you guys fighting hard.

Full results aren't out yet, but they should be soon. I'd like to say props to Kalon who informed me that he participated in close to 40 events. Legz also seems to be popping up in my inbox a lot too.

Moving on to Clan news...

Right, so with recent times we have seen a few things heading our way, the most important of these is the upcoming next phase of Dark Crusade. OMG we hear you all say, that's right, Phase I Part III has been announced. So, what does this mean? It's another chance for us to win a planet. Naturally, we need to hit this and hit this hard. We want to come out with the same results that we did the other night. So what does that mean, we will be seeing all of you back out on the battlefield. We already proved we have what it takes in Part II, lets go out there and achieve this once more.

Also we implore as many of you as possible to make sure that you select a planet that you wish to gain. This is your choice where you want us to fight, and this is what we want to see done, so please decide where you want Arcona to fight, people.

We would also like to mention in our report, the recent awesomeness of a ToR Flashpoint Arconan group formed to simply help members get up in Flashpoints and earn some CFs. Though Cethgus is looking at forming an operations group, so if you want to get involved hit Cethgus up.The following members were involved:

We also have a new Clan Arbiter in the form of Feta...Lily. Yes, Lily...I can at least spell that name. She's one of the original creators of the position and she's already settling in. If you guys have any issues you want to bring up with us, but maintain an aura of confidentiality, then Feta's your girl...

Taking this back to House news

So, you'll notice that we've closed Spectre Cell and reopened Soulfire Strike Team. We made this move to bring Galeres into the future and work on our fictional development. You'll also notice, if you've been reading your emails that we've opened both teams to all members. You can choose which team you want to be a part of by filling out this form:

You'll also notice that one of our members, Ood, received a Ruby Sceptre recently for his work in the Shadow Academy over the past 7 years. The bloke is pretty bloody sound and really deserves this award. He's graded over 1,000 exams since joining the Shadow Academy, which is a massive feat. I should know, I've only graded about 200...

We'd also like to say well done to all of you Galereans who participated in the Independence Games and all you Journeymen who hosted wildcard events.

We normally go on about doing the Shadow Academy, but right now it seems that you all have done quite a bit of work inside of the Shadow Academy recently, keep up the good work all! It's a really helpful tool to have for Journeymen, as it is a requirement for your next rank normally. But even for the most experienced of us like myself, I still learn new things from the Shadow Academy, so everyone, if you have a few minutes spare, please feel free to take an exam.

Right, though we know the ACC has been out of action competing wise, this hasn't stopped people updating their character sheets. So just remember to keep an eye out we already had a sneak peek at the new Character sheets that will be coming out, but that doesn't stop you editing your current character sheet. So just make sure you keep this updated as it will help you in the future when you write in ROs as well as the ACC when it becomes active.

Sang: So, the IGs are over and Galeres seems to have had another fantastic showing if my inbox is anything to go by. Raken has announced the way things will go for the next part of the Dark Crusade and that it's due to start on the 17th May. He's also mentioned that June will be completely free, which will enable you guys to run some competitions. I hope that you'll all be pestering Cethgus and I on letting you run them. I also want to say that yet again, I'm proud to be your Quaestor. I will also mention that my door is always open. Be that email, irc or for those who have my phone number...a select few, you can always get a hold of me. I seem to have a penchant for talking to our older members, the Equites and I often miss out on talking to the newer members. I'll be endeavouring to negate those problems and I'll be pestering you all on IRC to see how you're getting on.

Cethgus: Right, so full of thoughts for me on this one, its been a very interesting time for me recently with the Independent Games, I have seen so many of you performing over the expected level. I am proud to be your Aedile and I will always be around to help anyone who asks for it. Please remember that myself and Sang will always be open to helping you all you have to do is ask for it. So once again very much an open door policy we have here so please keep that in mind in the future. Right keep up the awesome work and just remember to pick a team that you want to be part off.
