BKM (Battleteam Karness Muur) XO quarters NSD Ascendancy, Hyperspace, En Route to Unknown location 2213 Hours
The Assassin stretched, ignoring the mug of lukewarm caf that he had put a cigarette out in not a half hour before. The computer terminal across the room beeped, indicating an incoming message.
Celevon made his way across the room and tapped out a quick series of keys to pull it up. “Edraven, I need you to meet with me in my office as soon as possible,” Arden’s voice came through the speakers, sounding mildly annoyed.
’I’ll be there in a few minutes,’ the Onderonian quickly typed back, sending the message as he finished off his glass of rum.

“Ah, Cel. Good to see you. Thank you for the prompt response. I actually wasn’t expecting you for at least twenty minutes,” the Overseer spoke, a glass of corellian brandy clenched tightly in his hand.
“Your message sounded urgent, my friend,” the Templar replied as he leant against the doorway for a moment before making his way to one of the chairs, lighting a cigarette as he sat down.
“What do you think of these rooms?” Arden asked, the abruptness confusing the Assassin for a moment before he responded honestly.
“I personally think that they have an understated elegance to them, which isn’t quite up to par with your current position,” Celevon grinned slightly as he took a drag off of the smoke, his exhale sending a plume flying towards the ceiling.
“Then you can fix them up however you like, seeing as they’re yours, pending your signature,” the Sniper smirked as he handed over a datapad, the information on the screen showing the formal ‘paperwork’ that was needed for the Obelisk to become Commander of Karness Muur.
The Assassin wasted no time in signing on the highlighted line, handing the datapad back to his friend. “This is certainly unexpected...”
“I cannot handle the increasing workload of both and I figure that you can handle something like this, considering that you’ve done it before,” Arden grinned, placing it on the table as it was sent to Ronovi. “Congratulations. Commander.”

Two weeks later...
“I certainly like what you’ve done with the place,” Arden grinned, puffing on a cigarra as he leant against the doorframe in a subconscious imitation of the Templar.
“Don’t get me started,” Celevon shook his head, taking a step away from the terminal whilst gesturing for the other Sniper to take a seat. “Would you like a drink?”
“No, thank you. Unfortunately, I’m here in an official capacity to tell you that your tenure as Commander of Karness Muur, however brief, has come to an end.”
The Assassin carefully kept his features neutral, though the amused and annoyed look of the Overseer had him curious, wondering what had happened with the rest of the Summit.
“Ka’hava’ve has resigned his position as Wrath and our Dread Lord has requested that I serve in that capacity. I have, of course, accepted that honour. But that leaves a void in the form of an Overseer... which I would like for you to serve as. Do you accept these responsibilities, Edraven?”
“Like you even had to ask?” the Templar smirked, shutting down the terminal as he lit a cigarette. “When?”
“As soon as you can have everything packed and aboard a shuttle that will be awaiting you in the Hangar,” Arden retorted, trying not to grumble at the thought of the Kushiban leading his brain child as Commander. “Now, if you will excuse me, I have a new Commander to appoint.”
“Give me an hour and I’ll be ready to get on that shuttle.”
As you’ve seen in my fiction (if you didn’t read it, I don’t blame you) we’ve had a Changing of the Guard once again... or, rather, a changing of the Summit. This is my first report as Rollmaster of Plagueis and I can honestly say that my inbox has never taken such a beating before. I was amazed at the results from the last part of the Dark Crusade and hope to see something similar in September. I know all of you can do it. :)
The next part of the Dark Crusade looms ever closer and I know we’re more than eager to get to it and start knocking out event entries. I know I am. We’re facing both Clans Naga Sadow and Arcona in this part so I believe we should prepare ourselves accordingly. I, myself, am stocking up on coffee/energy drinks, chocolate and good music. Best of luck to everyone. We’ve yet to be beaten so far and I think- no, I know we can continue our undefeated streak.
Now that I’m finished rambling, let’s get to it!
Our only new arrival since Arden’s elevation to Aedile (or Wrath, if you prefer :P) is Ixazi Nadiezja, who hit the ground running, recently attaining the rank of Protector. Let’s hear it for Ixazi!

Continuing the tradition of how we write to music, I do prefer stuff that’s mostly found on action videos as well. Though, I must admit, that is not all I listen to whilst writing. It really depends on what I want to write as well: usually, considering the latest topics, it’s usually some genre of rock from any era starting with the 60’s to now... Most of the time it’s whatever pops up on my iPod. :P
Finally, I would like to offer my congratulations for all of your efforts in the Dark Crusade in this manner: If you were near, I would offer a drink. Since I, unfortunately, cannot and it may be illegal in some cases, have a drink on me.

As the XO of Ajunta Pall so helpfully pointed out, we're facing Tarentum, not CNS. This is why I shouldn't do final edits on reports at 0430 before work. :P
Still a good report boss
