We currently have three different Club wide gaming competitions going on.
First is a Starcraft II based competition, this game was chosen by the Staff because there's currently a free 7 day trial available for it from Blizzard's Battle.net. The winner of the competition is determined based on most CFs earned while playing the platform. Not sure where to find people to play against? Check out this thread on the Forums for a list of other members Battle.net IDs.
Next we're running a Mass Effect 3 based competition. This competition rewards CFs for the game, and winning is also based on total CFs earned. This game is also being evaluated to be added as a cooperative Gaming Platform, that will ultimately be determined by the amount of members playing the game over the course of this competition. Mass Effect 3 is supported on all game systems, and you can find a list of other member's IDs by following this link to the forums.
Finally, don't forget about the Monthly Mobile Game for September, Angry Birds: Star Wars! There's already 12 entries for this competition, get out there and crush some pigs! Also, remember Angry Birds Star Wars 2 will be coming out in just a few days.
Big news for the TOR players this past week. The recent expansion, Rise of the Hutt Cartel, is now going to be available for free to '''subscribers'''. While this doesn't do much for the Free to Play or Preferred members, its a $20 savings for any people paying to subscribe who haven't bought it yet. For all of you suckers (like me) who thought an expansion wouldn't be free to play inside 6 months of release, you get a in game title of "the Risen".
In an effort to bring the opportunity to run Operations to more of our gamers who aren't in US time zones Bloodfyre ran Operations this past Saturday from noon to around midnight EST. He's planning another go at it this weekend, so if you missed last week's you have another opportunity coming!
Gear Grab Nights continue on Thursdays at 8pm EST, they've slowed a bit in the last few weeks though.
Star Citizen recently released a new Hangar Module, from what I can tell it looks pretty sweet. Unfortunately you can only actually play through this module if you're a backer of the game. For the rest of us who can't actually log into the hanger, there's always this YouTube Video we can watch.
How could I forget! Thanks to yet another amazing piece of work by our coders the PVP Gaming Activity can now show Wins and Losses for a defined period of time. This allows the Fist Staff to once again award Pendants of Blood to those members who meet the criteria for one. This medal goes to the person with the best win/loss record for a given week of Gaming Night matches. The Pendant of Blood will only be awarded if participation reaches a minimum of ten players and the winner has a minimum of 10 matches. If not, the PoB award timeframe will be extended by another week, until someone qualifies.

Frosty - I see GTA V will be releasing its multiplayer portion on October 1st. We'll see what we can put together for a competition around that :)
