I normally wouldn't post this sort of thing, but given how mobile we're all becoming (and how many people rely on Google Drive now) I figured we may all benefit from this.
Google has made QuickOffice free on iOS and Android. Formally just shy of $20, you can now pick it up from your preferred "store" for nothing.
What is likely to be of more interest to you is that if you sign into your Google account you'll also get 10 GB of Google Drive space for two years (this expansion will be applied within a few weeks.) You'll need to act within a week to take advantage of the Drive offer.
Speaking of mobile, this was posted from a phone in a car park so please excuse any autocorrect issues...

Thanks for the info, Windos! Star Wars Angry Birds II is also out today, for anyone who doesn't know that already :P
It's nice to be able to see the documents from Google Drive for free when you're away from the computer and see if there is any modification to your documents... therefore, downloaded (and toyed with for a while). And yay for AB: SW II, I'm trying it and it's way more interesting than the first one, not to mention that it runs smoother.
Awesome on both pieces of news!
Man, I'm waiting for Dropbox to step up or they're going to lose a lot.
I've already dropped Dropbox (har har) because the automatic uploads of my photos kills my home wifi. Auto backup to drive/plus is not noticeable.
I see what you did there! I should try it out then.
Just got 23 more GB on Dropbox by installing to a mobile device. Pretty good.
Yeah, my S3 came with 50GB free Dropbox storage. I don't use it lmao.
