Dark Forge Report, 10/23 (01)

Alright folks, here's stuff that's happened in the last month.

Promotions

Kyrun became a Dark Jedi Knight, Congrats! (This actually happened a day before I took over Dark Forge, but hey...)

Awards:

Well it was a quiet month, not surprising after the recent blitz of competitions between Homecoming and Dark Crusade phases...

Speaking of, Dark Crusade is coming again next month, last real phase before it gets busted up into smaller competitions. Expect it to start in the first week, and run at least two weeks. Pretty certain that the DC won't have us playing through Thanksgiving (as we Americans call the horrid day of turkey death, with delicious sides involving sweet potatoes or god help my family), so this likely won't be a long phase. Expect at least 4 events, and gettting 4/4 is always preferable to 0/4....1/4 is okay, 2/4 is better, ¾ is great too.

But 0/4 is bad.

Speaking of which, anybody who wasn't mentioned in some form or fashion in the above bits of activity, who doesn't manage something in the next Phase, won't be getting bothered with these e-mails anymore, as they won't be lounging about the Dark Forge...umm, lounge.

On to other ongoing activities:

Not really a lot going on that I didn't cover in the update a week or so ago.

Keep your eyes open for the upcoming Dark Crusade phase, and pop on to IRC if you can get around to it, we've had sightings of several members in the last week that I had worried might be dead :P
