What if you created a powerpoint presentation, present it in pdf form, but it reads easier/better via means of a web-published link? Just thinking of potential things that could come up with trying to most accurately present the finished project for submission.
You could check the date/time stamps of the doc, I think. However, if a PDF/written copy is provided for backup, you'd be able to see if it was tampered with in anyway when judging. It's just tough sometimes to get PDF to work when you design something in powerpoint (which, is used a lot in marketing pitches IRL).
And things such as a link to a Google Presentation/Powerpoint?
As long as the "main" submission is a word/pdf document, yes.

So we can submit a doc file that contains a link to a google doc? and nothing else? :P
The reason for no google doc is the ability to edit it after the deadline. Do you shiz in the doc and export it to doc :P
Yes, I know it's possible to update whats behind a link after the fact... but c'mon, just do eet.

But I thought references to IRL creates a disadvantage for those who haven't done it, like the military terms last round!
:/ and the website then trolls me with its damn markdown lol
