Crusade end time

Hey all,

Apparently I introduced a bug in the bit of code that shows time remaining on subscribed competitions on the admin panel, making it confused about timezones. The timer on the front page should count down to the correct time.

Yeah, it was confusing. Each time zone people were in was showing different times. I was in MST and it showed ending 2 hrs earlier
