Members of the Brotherhood,
the cleverness of the infected is never to be underestimated. Even in our very research report that you are currently processing, a scientific mistake has been introduced during transmission. We have checked the original files and they were okay, thus the transmission must have been falsified. In particular, the protein we designated as acceptable with an efficiency of just over 58 percent is flawed. A single amino acid was added to the matrix and thus it would be invalidated. The Cystein placed on the grid is a transmission error. The square should be blank, reducing the efficiency of the sample protein to just over 56%.
This problem does not alter any research tasks or rules - it was just that the sample protein structure sent for your evaluation was tainted,
OOC: It has just been pointed out to me that the "valid" example in the GJW 4 puzzle is faulty. When putting it together, I got Glu and Gly confused and promptly created a wrong chain. Please ignore the Cys placed in the second square of the second row. It's not there, appropriately reducing the score. (The rules do not change, this is only an error in the sample. Thanks Kaek.)
