Greetings again everyone,

As promised, I have finalized the plans for the Dark Council position that will be taking over medals and competition approval. As many of you have guessed, that position is the Master At Arms.

Corran Force has impressed me recently with his ambition to do more for the DB. He has been wanting more work for a while and I think that this is right up his alley. With the combined tasks of promotions, medals and competition approval, CoFo will be able to accurately gauge who is doing what and who deserves what in the DB. This will help lead to less errors and less rewards given out for the same tasks. And with one less position, I think it will help with our efficiencey.
