Myself and DGM Arion have selected a KCB to begin the new Envoy system.

This member has a strong creative flair, and has proven talent in writing for the DB. I also feel that he is the best person to help me build the new envoy system into something that will be a great benefit for the DB.

Everyone please congratulate KPN Trevarus Caerick, the newest member of the Dark Council!

I look forward to working with Trev on the new Envoys, and I expect big things from him:)!
