When Summits submit a request by mail to the MAA, please be sure to send the email to [Log in to view e-mail addresses] , not just the MAA. If you do not do this, your request will not be processed for some time. If you have submitted a request to just the MAA in the recent past, please resubmit the request to [Log in to view e-mail addresses] to make sure your request is processed in a timely manner.
