As much as I hate saying it, yep. Since about the middle of September, I was working with several generous individuals on providing the servers for the Brotherhood use. At this point, it's just not possible to continue it, and the server account will be discontinued in the next 24-48 hours. I'd like to thank all the people who gave financial support for this, and recognize them for the assistance they gave to the Brotherhood as a whole:

I hope you'll all take some time to make sure and thank these individuals for their support of the server. It was their dedication to helping the Brotherhood that kept it going, and they have my sincere appreciation, and I'd like to let them know, their financial support went to a good cause, and I hope you all enjoyed it.
In talking to Spears, he has said he is looking into another JA server, to keep the Shadow Academy server running on his own, and I appreciate him for doing that, too. There's people in the Brotherhood who are truly giving individuals, and the people I listed are certainly more than generous. Make sure you thank them all; they deserve it.

Yeah, big thanks to everyone who helped to keep it running! It was helping a lot.
If any Europeans would like to help us to get European based servers usable for more than a few, please contact me. Some of us talked and we'd like to buy servers for a year but this means collecting the money in advance.

How much does the server actually cost per week/month? I'd possibly consider fronting the full costs myself providing it's not in the totally obscene region.
It all depends on the game you want to host and how many people you want to be able to access it at once. For a JA server that will host 10 people you are looking at $30 American per month.
Spears check your email, Id be more than happy to help ease the cost, that way maybe we could have a JA/JO server......Id be more than happy to foot $30 a month towards the cause....
If its only $30 a month I could easily enough front that myself. I assume that Allegiance/Battlefront support is greater due to the higher number of players that can be present during a match? Still, if it's not a lot more... as it seems like a step backward to totally lose our Battlfront support.
Off hand I don't know how much a Battlefront Server is if I recall correctly a small RC server was $57 (American) a month.
BF and RC are more expensive here, almost double as those are new games. Don't know about Allegiance, but Goat seems like the right man to pay for such a server, as it's Sith related, hehe.
I only know costs for German based servers, sorry.
