The ICTE was an unparalleled success. We broke every single record worth mentioning that I've been keeping for the last 8 months.
Total 1v1 matches: 134
Total team matches: 9
Total individual clusters: 54.67 CFs
Total awarded clusters: ~290 CFs
Total participants: 41 (39 DB, 2 RS)
I would like to thank each of the clans that advertised the competition and helped me make this even more popular than last week. Special note goes to Clans Plagueis, Naga Sadow, and Taldryan for their strong participation.
Since the Brotherhood beat my quota (by quite a lot), every ICTE participant from Clan Plagueis will be receiving an additional 5 CFs for their great showing. So, congrats Lusankya, Xan, Prajna, Braecen, Schisca, Doku, Ashura, Zomar, Blazer, Rydack, Reaver, and Cyris.

Clan Plagueis dominated activity, but I would like to point out the individuals that made it all possible. Otherwise, CP is nothing without their dedicated members!

I'd like to give out appologies to Pyr and whomever else's fun I might have dragged down with the pityful attitude I had this weekend. My bitching was a pain the arse. I don't have much of an excuse, woke up that morning with an acid temper. Again, I'm sorry I might have dragged down your fun (at least I had de decency to give up early and go hide in my GTKRadiant and work on my level instead heheh)

Before this news post goes to far down the page, I just wanted to note how far you can get in the ICTE and any other Brotherhood competition by playing in large team games. Some stats...
1) Almost everyone that played in a team game was ranked as a top 10 CF earning member in the ICTE. All 10 top players played in team games.
2) 70% of all of the CFs awarded went to participants in major team games.
3) One person played only 12 matches (9 of which were team games) and managed to earn 20 CFs.
Don't think that the advantages are constrained to the ICTE. Ask Shadow and he'll tell you the same benefits apply to participants in the Tuesday/Thursday gaming days AS WELL AS the Sunday Tournament itself.
Open up your horizons. Do more than just endless 1v1s all day. Add some spice to your life and play in some CTFs and 4vs4 team FFAs. You don't know what you're missing... They might just help you earn that next CF upgrade you've been looking for!
Well, bad thing is, it's Saturday. And I just don't have the time Saturdays and Sundays anymore, not in summer anyway. :o(
