Greetings everyone,
As many have heard, Chi-Long has stepped down from the position of Plageis Consul. He has asked that his Proconsul, Lucien, be his replacement.
Mav and I have both talked with Lucien and agree that he is the best for the job. Having served as PCON and KCE for the clan, he has extensive knowledge of its ins and outs and will be able to continue where Chi has left off. Lucien has my full confidence in being able to do an excellent job.
On a side note, I would like to once again thank Chi for the work he has done within the Clan. He has layed a very solid foundation, and the DB is better for his service.
