Whoops. I forgot to report on Sunday. I do have to apologize; I've been doing little else besides writing a research paper, which the rough draft of it was due yesterday/today. So, again, I apologize for the lack of a report.
Just noteworthy things for people to keep aware of: after feedback from Jac, Spears, Trev and Goat, the Sith CORE is good to go. Mostly. And what I mean is, the information is complete, and now all I need to do is make between 10-25 questions out of it. This actually won't be too hard, but I will also make one disclaimer. Not everything I see as "core" Sith knowledge will be in this test. To me, I think there are things that each member of the Order should know simply by knowing the DB website, DB traditions and practices, and whatnot. I'm hoping that the new information will be interesting, and enjoyable to read, and that the new test will help boost peoples' thinking and willingness to participate in anything and everything.
Episode 3 and Battlefront 2 are coming out on November 1st. Don't forget these. I'm sure we all remember Episode 3, and for those of us who thought it was awesome, I'm sure we'll be in line for our copies. For those who weren't as happy, I'm sure many of us will be in line, still, just because it's Star Wars, and we "gotta have it." Don't forget Battlefront 2. According to beta testers, devs, and more, this game is going to be amazing. Compared to Battlefront, this game is going to blow everything away. There were issues with Battlefront that the devs took note of, improved upon, and in some cases, started over from scratch.
I think this game will be worth the money, and worth the effort. I know Jac is going to work with Kir on getting donation stuff set up, and hopefully we'll be able to sustain a BF2 server for the Brotherhood's enjoyment. Please, prepare to donate if you can, and would like to.
Regular gaming nights and Sunday Tournaments are back, and Korras has also released the final standings for the ORoS. Congrats to all who played, and congrats to every Clan for the standings you all worked hard for. Hopefully the Sith War will be just as successful, and enjoyable. And please remember, it's slated for Jan/Feb of 2006. And what that means is, it will either start in January or February. I'm keeping the start date tentative for now, simply because I want to wait and see if we have any Christmas/New Year's competitions, as well as to allow for some time for people to adjust into the whole school thing again after winter breaks and such. I'll definitely keep everyone posted on the release date as it gets closer.
And finally, if you can edit SP missions, I will reward people who want to help make SP missions for the Sith War SP shiznit. Email me if you're interested. And yes, I could've gone to "Report Administration" so this didn't scoop up the news page, but again, I've been writing a paper for far too long, have had no sleep, so I'm out of it. Have a wonderful day, and don't forget that Mav loves you all.
