After serving for 2 years, 5 months, and 2 days as Consul of Clan Taldryan, it is time for me to step down. Earlier today I sent my resignation address to the Clan (it can also be found at www.taldryan.org) which explains more in depth and speaks to some specific topics.
I just wanted to add here that during my tenure as Consul I have had a ton of fun with both members of my Clan and those in the other Clans. Competitions in the Brotherhood have always been entertaining because of the interaction between the Clans, and I can only hope that will continue.
Shadow Taldrya will be the new Consul of Clan Taldryan. But don't worry, I'm not going anywhere! I will remain temporary Deputy Grand Master as I've been doing for the past several weeks.
So thank you to everyone in Clan Taldryan for all of your efforts, and everyone in the Brotherhood who made my time as Consul a success.
GRAND MASTER's NOTE:
I think I can easily speak for myself, Mav, Ziggy, Tiger and the rest of the former Taldryan Consuls when I say this: Kir has been the best Consul in the Clan's history. He has contributed more than any of us ever did as Consul, and the Clan is truly losing a great leader today.
Kir, from all of us, thank you for all you have done for Tal.
I am confident in Shadow's ability. I have placed him as Consul and I am eager to see what more he can do. Congratulations, Shad.
