Okay, I'm posting this to clear a few things up for those of you who are interested.

• As you know, we are in the middle of replacing all the current GoAs with the new and spiffy Warbanners. If you have a GoA (Grant of Arms), please log in to the DB site, and go to the "Request a Warbanner" link on your admin page. That link will lead you to a form that will set you up. FIll it out, and you're done...and we'll get to it ASAP.

• If you've been lucky enough to have your warbanner done already...well then be kind, and quit punching in new requests, you greedy nerfherders. We have a LOT to do, and we're not going to have time to do a revision or a remake until they are all done... and punching in new requests is just mucking up our system. So cut it out, please? Or we'll get someone to make you a special warbanner. And no one wants that, trust me.

• To be clear, Only people who have served as an AEDILE or HIGHER (that means QUA, PCON, CON or DC) can get a warbanner with a medallion. request it all you like, we check, and you won't get one anyway. And if you do get one, you could save us some time, and tell us what clan logo you would like in the medallion. And that would be awesome.

• If you click the "Request a warbanner" link, and it says no, that doesn't mean that you need to bug the Herald's staff. It means that you didn't have a GoA, and as a result, you don't get the right to get your warbanner...yet. You will get your chance later, however, as soon as we're done with the GoA replacement...which we could be doing more of if we didn't have that dang IRC PM noise calling us over with messages like "I want 4 warbann3r + the linky doezn't werk..."

Just be patient, and you'll have your own warbanner in short order.
