Tedious work, but it needed to be done: I've cleaned up the list assignments, flushed every mailing list, removed the people who straggled behind, and re-added everyone.

In all , there were about 500 email addresses on lists that either they didn't belong to, or some database error left them there. There's a bug somewhere -- we'll find it eventually. The 500 is from over a year of use.

However, there was a remarkable number of email addresses that I recognized and know were not supposed to be on the mailing list I was working on. Please note that you are not allowed to just go and join any list. Doing so during a Vendetta, especially, is grounds for disqualification.

Finally, I adjusted the settings on all mailing lists but the Dark Council ones so that only people subscribed can post. This should help reduce spam.
