I believe that the problems in this area should now be resolved... the following people should be notified upon approval/declination of requests:

-The member for whom the request was made
-All the members commanding officers up to clan summits
-The member that submitted the request
-The person responsible for approving the request.

I have added myself to the cc list for a while, to verify that this is functioning as it should, if anyone feels they should be receiving notificatin, and they are not, please let me know.
