1.) First of all, I would like to thank everyone for their congratulations, as misplaced as it may be. I want it to be clear to everyone, that I do not believe getting SHW was a reward. As I have stated time and time again, RANK is a reward, position is a curse. This is just a curse I will enjoy thoroughly!

2.) The issue of Praetors, Magistrates, and other minions... It's not open for discussion right now. I will be keeping P:SHW Jeff Loruss on staff, as he and I have worked together before in Clan Taldryan, and will continue to do so. Please hold off any applications and/or questions about positions until I have asked for them.

3.) The Sith Order Website... I'll be working on a few design elements in my spare time, which is not bountiful. However, I don't think the site will take too long to be up in it's barest form (no fancy asp or anything). Once I have the skeletal structure up, I'll begin working on the fancy ASP things :P

4.) Upcoming projects... I dunno, I just got the job! I know I will be concentrating on working with the Houses directly, and hopefully setting up a communications web between them, hoping to encourage inter-House competition as such, as well as working on a DB Gaming Nights centre. Those are just a few things to come.

5.) The most important issue of these announcements... Proper Respect and Attitude when addressing the SHW, and how it doesn't exist. I've always tried to be a man of the people, and I'm going to continue trying to maintain that path. If you have any gripes about me, if you have any praise, any ideas, or simply want to talk about something, please come to me. I'm usually readily available to talk, argue, or discuss. This is vitally important to me, if I can't get down and dirty with everyone, and can't get the real scoop on what people want, I can't do my job properly. Thanks in advance for this!
