Below is part of the next instalment of the plot. As always, you may visit the GJW site for the remainder.
The associated MP events will be released in several hours (once the CONs look over them one last time). At that point I will have much more information for you.
Jac
"That is all of the information we have, my lord," a voice said over the intercom. The engines of the shuttle were loud, scuttling the communication. However, the fear of the speaker came through clearly.
"This is truly the best update you can give me then?" Jac Cotelin asked, rhetorically. "I have two of the Dark Councilors here with me, and you are telling me that there is nothing to report after three days?" The Dark Lord glanced over at Muz Keibatsu Sadow and Anshar Kahn Tarentae. He had just rendezvoused with the two on Lypsair, and was frustrated by the whole affair. He had specifically told them to meet him on Antei and was thoroughly confused on how they honestly mixed up his orders.
"My lord, I apologize, but our leads collapsed shortly after the bombing. As I said before, most of the other incidents around our territories have also ceased. We have literally nothing to work..." the communication was cut short with the flick of the Grand Master's wrist.
Muz looked to his friend, the Headmaster, both wondering the same thing. A quick probe of the force showed that Pyralis was still quite well, however; the Grand Master had simply turned off the intercom. "How long until we arrive on Antei, captain?"
"Only a bit further, Master Herald."
"Welcome, Lord Cotelin! It is a pleasure to have you back in the Dark Hall so soon," the uniformed man dodged passed the assembled soldiers quickly to give a hasty bow before the Dark Lord.
"Dispense with the pleasantries, General Sil'Lote. I trust that the council is assembled, yes?" Cotelin walked quickly toward the lift that would take him from the hangar to the main floors of the Dark Hall. The door to the lift slid open with a soft hiss. Jac walked inside and turned around to look at the white-faced general.
"All but three sir and I'm sure you know that the Lord He..." The door to the turbolift slid shut before the general could finish. The Grand Master quickly ascended to the main floor of the Dark Hall, annoyed that he would have to wait on the others' arrival. He stared down at the giant wooden doors that led to the assembly hall. Standing there, Cotelin probed the force lightly, looking for a sign of the approaching Dark Councilors.
Suddenly, the Grand Master re-entered the turbolift and began a descent to the lower levels that he had just come from. The lift came to a screeching halt. The doors opened to reveal the Dark Hall's main control room.
