Note to all that have the power to recommend medals

When recommending a medal... please do not use quotation marks. ie. " if you do, the database will not properly register the reason you enter, and may multiply the medal. This is a shortfall of SQL.

Alternately, you can program in quote's in one of the following ways:

• Using single quote: '
  
• Using char codes: & quot; (no space)
