First, let me say that it has been an absolute pleasure working with Kaek. He has been a strong and competent MAA and I have relied on him for a lot. His candor and crazy hubris will be missed. :)

I am opening MAA up to applications. To be perfectly clear, right now the job is Halcyon's to lose. If he says the right things in his application, his ascension is a strong likelihood. That said, I do want to see what my options are and what ideas members have.

Be particular in your application as to what steps you plan to take in your first 30 days and your first 100 days. I would like to hear what your opinion is and what steps you would take regarding guiding clans with their promotions systems. I would also like your opinion how you will live up to the following statement from the Covenant:

"Every member has the right to be adequately acknowledged and rewarded for time, activity and efforts, and shall not be denied adequate and timely recognition based on personal bias and prejudice of their superiors. All rewards and recognitions are given according to merit."

Halc will continue to process MAA requests until a new MAA is chosen. I want a replacement quickly: the deadline for applications is this Sunday at 11:59 PM EST.
