Greetings,

First off, thanks to Jac, Sarin and Kaek for their confidence in me. I will be continuing with the direction things were going in previously, so you shouldn’t be seeing too many changes in terms of what is approved or denied, sorry :P

While a lot of changes will be done behind-the-scenes, I will try and keep everyone informed when and if anything new is added or taken away. I will also try and put the various MAA policies into a centralized location. Currently they can be found by going in the News Archives, but this is much too cumbersome. The Clan Summits should also be receiving something from me in the next day or two, so they should be on the look out for that.

I would just like to mention that ideas and comments are appreciated. I do listen, although there is never a guarantee that your idea will be implemented. However, do not hesitate to come to me at any time. I would however prefer using e-mail rather than IRC, so that I can have a more permanent record of things. I work much better through there, so I suggest any requests/comments be directed that way.

Last, the MAA office itself. I have already gone through the other applications and have seen some interesting ideas in them. However, I have chosen to utilize someone who has already played a large part in the current work done in the MAA office in recent months. SW Kraval was brought in as a Magistrate and has had an equal voice in nearly all decisions that have been made concerning promotions, medals and other areas. As such, he is already familiar with the current direction and has played a part in forming that direction. With that, he shall assume the duties of my Praetor. Currently, I will not need any other staff members, but I will be keeping the applications and coming to you should I need to add to the office.

Before I finish, I would like to thank both Sildrin and Thorin for the work they previously put into the MAA office, and I’m sure I’ll be coming to them at later times for help when the need arises
