Nothing major to report this week...

1. With the SCL's return I believe the GoA interface will be fully functional again.
   

I'd like to take the time to remind everyone that a GoA is a privilege, not a right. You get one if the associated procedure is followed correctly but it can be denied for any number of reasons. Also, though a prompt assembly should be expected, circumstances can arise that would prevent the HRLD office from building and/or displaying GoA's.

1. The Dark Voice is moving along, albeit very slowly. There are barriers we seem to have trouble overcoming. More to come as our difficulties get dissolved and the project nears completion.
