Proconsul Appointed

After going through all the applications, I've decided to appoint Primarch Koskian "Psyko" d'Tana as the new Proconsul of Arcona. Congrats to Psyks, and I'd also like to thank the other applicants for their excellent (or in Khobai's case, short) applications.
