Well, we all saw the news earlier in Sarin's report, and I'm the new DGM. I'm not going to waste a lot of your time with standard stuff, as I've been on the DC as Herald for more than a year now, so most people have had dealings with me.

For those of you who haven't, I'm a pretty easy guy to get along with, and I've got a pretty good track record of getting projects done. This is probably why Sarin decided to move me up into the office: he's got pretty big plans.

I, like everyone else, maintain an open door policy. That means, everyone... regardless of rank or position... can come talk to me about their concerns, regardless what it's about.

Also, regarding the Herald office, we're not going to be accepting applications at this time. Sarin and I have a few ideas as to who would best be able to take my place, but with his Leave of Absence, we're not going to install anyone as Herald just yet. In the meantime, continue sending me any of the Herald-type issues like you would have done yesterday.
