some clarifications:
1) playing off DB Servers is allowed, yes.
2) those playing off DB servers are responsible for keeping evidence of that themselves. screenshots, logs (JA logs local servers, too. make sure they are working!), whatever.
simply put, we don't want a repeat of what happened. questions regarding the games, you can ask me. questions regarding the organization of the GJW, you can ask Kir, Sarin, and Muz.

Yeah. Because if you don't play on the public servers, your matches may be considered less valid, and therefore subject to undue scrutiny. Protect yourselves from "those just being vigilant."
